A Day Conference on how we can respond creatively to the issues of violence and community breakdown on the streets of some of our cities and towns

                        Session 1    -  A Practical Response  - Community Initiative to Reduce Violence   -

                                               Chief Inspector Robert Stevenson (Strathclyde Police)          

 12.15pm       Session 2   -  A Social/Christian Perspective

                                               John Mason MSP for Shettleston ,and Church member

  1.00pm        Lunch

  2.00pm        Session 3   -  Panel of the Speakers - questions and debate

  2.45pm        Conclusion

                        followed by a News Update session  on SFOE

                                         Organised by Scottish Friends of Ecumenism

DIRECTIONS:  The Centre is about half a mile from Queen St  or Buchanan St  Rail/Bus Stations

By Car : Multi-storey car park at Elmbank Crescent (back of the Kings Theatre).
